From Kristi:
Zunal is a site designed for educators that is set up to help you create online webquests. There are lots of published webquests you can use if you don't want to create one for yourself. You have to create a user account, but it is free.
Webquests can be used to get students to research a topic, create a presentation, learn more about a topic you are covering in class, do a group project, have a virtual experience of a place, etc. The possibilities are limited only by your creativity! zunal.com
Here is a Zunal Webquest created by an ESL teacher in New York City, Lori Richards. It is designed to help students learn an important bus route and explore the city. http://zunal.com/webquest.php?user=3909
